A quick reference for booking, policies, and pricing so we can create the best experience together.

✍️ Custom Tattoo Design Policy

At MTB Artistry, I value every client’s vision and take great care in creating unique, custom artwork. In order to protect my time, creative energy, and schedule, the following policies apply to all custom design requests:

💰 Design Deposit

• A non-refundable deposit is required before any custom artwork is started.

• The deposit amount will be applied toward the final cost of your tattoo.

• Deposits secure your spot in my booking calendar and compensate for design time.

🎨 Design Process

• After receiving your deposit and completed intake form, I’ll begin working on your custom piece.

• You will receive one initial design concept, along with one round of minor revisions(small changes like sizing, placement, or details).

• Major changes (completely different ideas, themes, or full redesigns) will require an additional fee or a new deposit.

❌ Refunds & Cancellations

• Deposits are non-refundable, even if you decide not to proceed with the tattoo.

• If you’re not satisfied with the concept and choose not to move forward, your deposit can be credited toward a future project within 6 months — but no cash refunds will be given.

• If you cancel your appointment with less than 72 hours’ notice or no-show, the deposit is forfeited.

All custom tattoo designs provided by me are original works and are the intellectual property of the artist. These designs are created exclusively for the client listed and are not to be copied, altered, reproduced, or tattooed by any other artist without my express written permission.

By receiving this design, you agree not to share, distribute, or use the artwork for any purpose other than the agreed-upon tattoo session with me. Unauthorized use or duplication of the design may result in legal action.

⏳ Time Limits

• Once a design is sent, it will be held for 5 days. If I don’t hear back within that time, the design and appointment may be released and the deposit forfeited.
